Calendly + Beehiiv Integration

If you use Calendly to manage events, you may find yourself with a lot of new email contacts. Thankfully, Beehiiv makes it easy to add those new subscriber to your email marketing list.

But adding contacts manually is a time-consuming process - which is why we recommend setting up this automation. When an invitee is created in Calendly, a new subscriber will automatically be created in Beehiiv.

You'll have a fully up-to-date list of contacts who've expressed interest in attending your events. Also, you can keep them up-to-date on all the details of the event and any changes that occur.
