📈
Performance marketers
You're running community growth campaigns but your subscriber lists only update when someone manually exports data, so the user counts you're optimising against are always hours behind — with this integration, every new community member lands in Salesforce Marketing Cloud instantly and your campaign data stays current.
⚡
Community managers
You manage active member forums and need to welcome new participants immediately, but manual notification delays cause drop-off in user engagement — connecting these apps means every new user triggers instant welcome workflows and subscriber creations.
📋
Agency account managers
You answer to clients who want real-time visibility into community signups and engagement metrics, but manual reporting leaves gaps in your progress updates — automating both apps means client dashboards update continuously without manual intervention.
🚀
Operations leads
The volume of new community users and forum posts is too high for anyone to keep up by hand, leading to lost records and delayed follow-ups — this integration means every member profile, group, and content submission flows directly into your data extensions automatically.
🤝
Sales reps
You own the outreach stage and depend on community teams to hand over new leads, but manual handoffs create friction and slow response times — automating both apps means every community signup routes straight into your CRM and marketing tools instantly.
🔍
Data analysts
You need a reliable history of community interactions and keep finding gaps caused by missed manual exports — integrating these apps means every user creation, topic, and group entry is logged with zero missing records.
