📈
Performance marketers
You're tracking content syndication performance across multiple channels but your reporting sheet only updates when someone manually exports stories, so the readership counts you're optimising against are always a few hours behind — with this integration, every new story lands in your reports instantly and your data stays current.
⚡
Editorial teams
You monitor industry RSS feeds to spot breaking trends but your team finds out about new developments too late because manual publishing slows down syndication — with this integration, every feed item creates a story instantly and your publication speed remains unmatched.
🤝
Client account managers
You answer to external clients who want to see regular thought leadership output published across platforms, but manual drafting delays campaign milestones — with this integration, every RSS update publishes straight to Medium and your clients see steady progress without delays.
📊
High volume publishers
You manage hundreds of daily RSS feed subscriptions and manual copy-pasting into Medium creates a massive backlog that your team cannot keep up with — with this integration, high volume publishing runs on autopilot and your backlog disappears completely.
🔗
Content syndication specialists
You own the downstream distribution of articles but depend on upstream feed curators to manually hand over text before you can post on Medium — with this integration, every feed item triggers downstream actions automatically and handoff delays are eliminated.
🗂️
Archivists and researchers
You need a reliable history of all syndicated RSS content and keep finding frustrating gaps where manual publishing was missed — with this integration, every single feed item is captured flawlessly and your content archive remains complete.
