When you make a payment in Join It, be sure to create a task in Xero! This will ensure that your team is aware of the payment and can update the books as needed.

In Join It, when you create a memberships, it automatically creates a task in Xero for that memberships. This is a great way to keep track of all your interactions with each customer. You can also see all the task associated with a particular memberships on their memberships profile.
