Heyflow + Knack Integration

Use this automation to create additional insights or summaries of the Heyflow responses using Anthropic (Claude). Storing all this information in Knack makes it easier for you to analyze all the data in one place.

Here's how it works:
 1. Heyflow: 1. Whenever a form is submitted, the automation will be triggered.
 2. Anthropic (Claude): To generate better output, you can instruct Anthropic (Claude) about what you want it to do. It could be to extract key information, summarize responses, or provide additional insights based on the data incoming from the form. So you must pass the data from Heyflow as well.
 3. Knack: The content generated by AI in the previous step will be used to Create record.

This automation allows you to automate the moderation process for Heyflow submissions and update relevant records in your Knack based on the moderation analysis.

Here's how it works:
 1. Heyflow: Whenever a Response is received, the automation will be triggered.
 2. OpenAI (GPT-3 & DALL·E): You can use AI to analyze the form submission content and check for any moderation issues such as inappropriate language or sensitive information, or policy violations. Pass the Heyflow data to AI for moderation checks.
 3. Knack: Based on the moderation analysis from AI, the record in your Knack corresponding to the email address incoming from Heyflow will be updated accordingly.
