 4. Google Translate: The automation will translate the text content from {[trigger.App}} to your desired language.
5. signNow: The translated content will be used to Upload document, allowing you to manage and analyze transcriptions in the desired language. Make sure you specify the title, body, formatting, and other relevant details for the new signNow.
