This automation allows you to automate the moderation process for tawk.to submissions and update relevant records in your Geckoboard based on the moderation analysis.

1. tawk.to: Whenever a Chat is started, the automation will be triggered.
2. OpenAI (GPT-3 & DALL·E): You can use AI to analyze the form submission content and check for any moderation issues such as inappropriate language or sensitive information, or policy violations. Pass the tawk.to data to AI for moderation checks.
3. Geckoboard: Based on the moderation analysis from AI, the record in your Geckoboard corresponding to the email address incoming from tawk.to will be updated accordingly.
