Confluence + Trengo Integration

You're reviewing support metrics and documentation logs but your tracking sheet only updates when someone manually exports records, so the ticket counts you're reviewing against are always hours behind — this integration means every new page and ticket syncs instantly and your data stays current.

You need to act fast on inbound customer issues, but team announcements in Confluence get buried before agents see them, delaying response times — automating both apps means every new post immediately spawns a Trengo ticket and your agents respond faster.

You answer to external clients who want immediate proof of project progress, but manual handoffs between documentation and support take too long — with this integration, every status change flows seamlessly between Confluence and Trengo without manual effort.

The volume of internal publications and inbound messages is too high for anyone to keep up by hand, leading to missed updates and disorganized queues — connecting these apps means automated ticket generation handles the heavy lifting while your team focuses on resolution.

You own the execution phase and depend on someone upstream to hand over documentation details before support can begin, causing costly delays — automating both apps means instant ticket creation bridges the gap between Confluence publishing and Trengo triage.

You need a reliable audit history for resolved customer issues and internal wikis, but manual copying leaves frustrating gaps in your tracking records — integrating these apps means every event is logged accurately across Confluence and Trengo from start to finish.
