Anthropic (Claude) + SMTP Integration

 1. Shopify: Whenever a new Article for a blog is created (Blog Entry) in this Shopify account, automation will be executed.
 2. Anthropic (Claude): To generate relevant output, you can provide instructions about what you want AI to do for you. Like summarizing the content, extracting key information, or generating additional context based on the available data. Include the incoming content from your Shopify to provide the relevant context to AI.
 3. SMTP: The content generated by AI in the previous step will be used to Send email.

Thus, whenever Article for a blog is created (Blog Entry) in Shopify, Integrately will use AI to create and share snippets using SMTP.

 1. Survey Monkey: 1. Whenever a form is submitted, the automation will be triggered.
 2. Anthropic (Claude): To generate better output, you can provide instructions to AI on how you want the message content to be. It can involve customizing the message based on the form responses, including dynamic data, or generating messages for different scenarios. So you must pass the data from the Survey Monkey as well.

 3. SMTP: The content generated by AI will be sent to the recipients via SMTP.

Here's how it works:
 1. LiveAgent: Whenever a Ticket is created, the automation will be triggered.
 2. Anthropic (Claude): To generate relevant output, you can provide instructions to the AI about what you want it to do. It could involve understanding and analyzing the LiveAgent details, generating a suitable response, or providing relevant information based on the LiveAgent content. Additionally, you must pass the data from LiveAgent for context.
 3. SMTP: The content generated by AI in the previous step will be used to compose a reply. This message will be sent to the user, addressing their support query or concern.

Thus, when a Ticket is created in LiveAgent, Integrately will use AI to generate a response and automatically send a reply using SMTP.
