    PagerDuty Integration Benefits

    • Reduce time to react.
    • Improve reliability of information.
    • Improve team communication & collaboration by centralizing alerts in one location.
    • Improve customer experience by need based escalation of incidents and alerts.
    • Reduce time to resolve incidents by streamlining your IT support workflow.
    • Monitor servers from a single dashboard while also making sure to get the right alerts when something goes wrong, all without lifting a finger.

    How it Works

    • If the servers ever go offline, users will automatically be notified on their phone or through email. Users can even use Integrately to create a PagerDuty incident when an error occurs, which will notify the right people instantly so they can fix the problem faster.
    • Users can also use PagerDuty to send a message when an issue is detected. For example, if the servers are running low on disk space. Or users can use it to notify themselves every time their website goes down.

    Requirements

PagerDuty integrations require an Admin base role for account authorization. If the user does not have this role, they should reach out to an Admin or Account Owner within their organization to configure the integration.
