This error occurred because you provided inactive customer details.
To resolve this error, Modify your flow like this:
Step 1 - Trigger
Step 2 - Add the Search action
and use the email address from the incoming record in Step 1 and test it.
Step 3 - Add a condition - Status = exists
If you find a Status as a result of step 2, it means the customer is present and the status is active. You can now proceed to Update
it.
Step 4 - In the ‘Update contact’ action, map the status found as a result of the previous step and then re-activate your flow.
Solution
This error occurred because you were trying to add or update an item already present with SKU Value(Stock Keeping Unit) in your account.
To overcome this error, please modify your flow to be like -
Step 1 - Trigger
Step 2 - Add Search item
action and use the Name or SKU from the incoming record in step 1 and test it.
Step 3 - Add a condition - ID = does not exist
If you don’t find an ID as a result of step 2, it means it is not present and can be used to create a new contact.
Step 4 - Now add the Create item
step.
