Troubleshoot and fix errors that appear in your automations
Solution
This error occurs when an invalid checklist id is passed.
To overcome this error, the user should provide a valid checklist id by either:
- selecting the checklist from the dropdown menu, or
- using the find checklist action before the actual intended action, to map the checklist id.
Solution
This error occurs when an incorrect value is provided by the user in the date field.
To resolve this error, make sure that the date is in a valid format:
- dd/MM/yyyy, or
- yyyy/MM/dd
unacceptable date format:
- yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss tt
If the incoming date is in an unacceptable format, then use the Modify field value
function to change this date to a valid format.
Solution
This error occurs when an invalid card id
is passed and hence the checklist
dropdown is not retrieved.
To resolve this error, provide the correct card id by either:
1. Select a card from the dropdown menu,
or
2. Use the Find card action to get the card id. Followed by selecting the desired checklist
from the available options.
Solution
This error occurs when an invalid list id is mapped.
To overcome this error, provide a valid list id from either:
1. a preceding step
or
2. select it from the dropdown menu.
Solution
To resolve this error, either you reopen the closed board or create a new board.
Steps to Reopen the closed board -
1. Go to your trello account
2. Click on Board option
3. Click on the View all closed boards option
4. Find the board which you want and then click on re-open.
