Shopia + SendGrid Integration

Here's how it works:
 1. Ontraport: 1. Whenever a form is submitted, the automation will be triggered.
 2. Shopia: To generate better output, you can provide instructions to AI on how you want the message content to be. It can involve customizing the message based on the form responses, including dynamic data, or generating messages for different scenarios. So you must pass the data from the Ontraport as well.
 3. SendGrid: The information provided in the Ontraport and any additional content generated by AI in the previous step will be used to Send email.

Here's how it works:
 1. SQL Server: Whenever a new Row is created or updated to SQL Server, automation will be executed.
 2. Shopia: To generate relevant output, you can provide instructions to AI like the kind of content you want to generate, mode of communication, target audience, writing style, etc. And also pass the data incoming from the SQL Server.
 3. SendGrid: The content generated by AI will be sent to the recipients via SendGrid.

Thus, when a Ticket is created in LiveAgent, Integrately will use AI to generate a response and automatically send a reply using SendGrid.

It could involve understanding and analyzing the Freshdesk details, generating a suitable response, or providing relevant information based on the Freshdesk content. Additionally, you must pass the data from Freshdesk for context.
 3. SendGrid: The content generated by AI in the previous step will be used to compose a reply. This message will be sent to the user, addressing their support query or concern.

Thus, when a Ticket is created in Freshdesk, Integrately will use AI to generate a response and automatically send a reply using SendGrid.
