This error occurs when the value entered in the Ticket Type

This error occurred because you were trying to add an email address already present in your account.
To overcome this error, please modify your flow to be like -
Step 1 - Trigger
Step 2 - Add Search contact
action and use the email address from the incoming record in step 1 and test it.
Step 3 - Add a condition - ID
= does not exist
If you don’t find an ID as a result of step 2, it means it is not present and can be used to create a new contact
.
Step 4 - Now add the Create Contact
step.

This error occurred because you did not provide a valid email address.
Valid email address - abc@domain

This error occurred because user does not have access to API.
To resolve this error,
First, check on your Organization settings. For some Organizations, it will not be possible to turn this option on.
(Group, Essentials and Professional Customers will not have API enabled)
Here are steps to enable API -
1. Log in to Salesforce:
Sign in to your Salesforce account with administrative privileges. You need
administrative access to enable and configure API access.
2. Navigate to Setup:
Click on the gear icon (Setup) in the top right corner of your Salesforce
account.
3. Access API Settings:
In the left sidebar of the Setup menu, find and click on "API" under the
"Platform Tools" section.
4. Enable API Features:
In the "API" section, you'll find various options related to API access and
settings. Look for options related to enabling API features for professional
editions.
5. Enable Professional API Access:
Depending on your Salesforce edition and specific requirements, you may
see an option to enable API access for professional features or a similar
setting.Enable this option.
Professional customers can purchase this feature as an add-on.
