This error occurred because you were trying to add a name already present in your account.
To overcome this error, please modify your flow to be like -
Step 1 - Trigger
Step 2 - Add Search customer by name
action and use the name from the incoming record in step 1 and test it.
Step 3 - Add a condition - ID = does not exist
If you don’t find an ID as a result of step 2, it means it is not present and can be used to create a new customer
Step 4 - Now add the Create Customer
step.

This error occurred because the provided credentials are invalid or the connection has expired.
To resolve this error, you can either -
1. Provide valid credentials , OR
2. Add a new account, OR Reconnect your old account.
In both the cases, you must follow these simple steps -
1. Click on Reconnect
.
2. Provide your credentials again.
3. Click on continue
to allow Integrately permission to access your account.
4. The connection is now re-established with Integrately
