This error occurs when the email or phone number was not mapped in Add subscriber action. To avoid this make sure to provide value for email address and phone number.

Also make sure that values for both of these fields are unique for each subscriber that is added.

To add a subscriber follow the below steps:-

1. Select Klaviyo app to connect with another app.

2. Select the action as Add subscriber in Klaviyo.

3. Select the connection for the trigger app.

4. Map the connection data for the trigger app.

5. Enter your Api key from Klaviyo.

6. To get the Api key log in to Klaviyo and then in the menu bar go to the Account section.

7. Click on Settings and go to the Api keys section and paste it in Intergately.

8. Click on Create Private key if no private key is not present.

9. Once created, copy the key to clipboard.

10. In Integrately enter list id from Klaviyo.

11. In the integration page make sure to map unique value for Email and Phone Number. And click on Test & Activate.
