Google Translate + Pushover Integration

This automation allows you to automatically detect the language when Message is posted to channel in Discord, translate it to a different language using Google Translate, and Send a pushover notification in Pushover with the translated content. It helps facilitate communication and sharing information across language barriers using Pushover.
