Solution
This error occurs when the image size is greater than 16MB.
To resolve this error, use an image that has a
1. Resolution < 64 megapixels
2. File size < 16MB

Solution
This error occurs when the URL of the file is not public.
To fix this error, the file
1. should have a public URL for it to be downloadable, and
2. should open upon clicking, without requiring any kind of authentication.
