Solution
This error occurs when the first row in your google sheet is not present. Integrately uses the first row in the google sheet as the column names.
You need to turn off your automation and add the first row. And change the fields for your automation and turn it back on.
Follow the below steps:-
1. Deactivate your automation.
2. Provide the first row for your google sheet.
3. Activate your automation.
Solution
This error occurs when you have exceeded the limit of google Sheets API rate limit as google sheet API is a shared service they have a quota of 300 requests per minute per project.
Solution
This error occurs when the user has not selected all the scopes of permissions while adding his connection. For Integrately to interact with Google sheet it needs all the permission it has specified. To avoid this, reconnect your account and give all the permissions this time.
To re-connect follow the below steps:-
1. In Integrately Go to My Automation
-> Connected Accounts
.
2. Select your google sheet account and click on reconnect and then click continue.
3. Choose the account you want to connect with.
4. Provide all the permissions required and click continue

Solution
This error occurs when the Google Spreadsheet ID is incorrect.
This happens due to one of the two reasons:
1. The user has accidentally deleted the selected Google Sheet; or
2. The user has mapped the wrong Spreadsheet.
To resolve this error, the user needs to re-map the Spreadsheet.
In order to do so,
1. Deactivate your automation.
2. Reselect your spreadsheet in the automation from the drop down.
3. Activate your automation.
Solution
This error occurs if the user has changed the name of the google sheet while the automation was on.
To avoid this simply turn off the automation and reselect the worksheet and then turn on the automation back on.
Follow the below steps:-
1. Deactivate your automation.
2. Reselect your worksheet in the automation from the drop done.

This error occurs when there is an authentication issue. To avoid this simply re-connect your google account.
To re-connect follow the below steps:-
1. In Integrately Go to My Automation
-> Connected Accounts

4. Provide all the permissions required and click continue

This error occurs when the google sheet grid has exceeded its limits which is 1000 rows and 34 columns.

1. slow or unstable internet connection -
The solution is to try submitting your request again after some time.
2. If your sheet is very big or complex - The solution is to try simplifying it.
3. Try a different web browser or clear your browser's cache.
4. Disable any browser extensions that might be causing issues.
5. Make sure no one else is editing the sheet at the same time.
6. Refresh the page and try again; sometimes, it's a temporary glitch.
If it still doesn't work, contact Google support for help.
