Troubleshoot and fix errors that appear in your automations
Solution
This error occurs when the user has not been given all the privileges required by Integrately from Gmail.
To avoid this issue, deactivate your automation if it's activated and then reconnect your google account and remember to allow all the privileges while connecting a new account and turn your automation back on.
To re-connect follow the below steps:-
1. In Integrately Go to My Automation
-> Connected Accounts
.
2. Select your Gmail account and click on reconnect
and then click continue
.
3. On next page click on Continue
.
4. Select the account your want to integrate with Integrately.
5. Make sure you check all the permission and then click on continue
.
Solution
This error occurs when the Cc (Carbon Copy) email address provided is invalid or not in the valid format.
To resolve this error, make sure that the Cc email address is -
- in a valid format, such as "name@example.com", and
- a valid email address that is active and can receive emails

This error occurs when the Bcc (Blind Carbon Copy) email address provided is invalid or not in the valid format.
To resolve this error, make sure that the Bcc email address is -
-in a valid format, such as "name@example.com", and
- a valid email address that is active and can receive emails.
It's also important to note that BCC is an optional field, so if it's not essential for the flow, you can simply remove it and the error will be resolved.
Solution
This error occurs when the subject and the email body field are left empty or not provided in the flow.
To resolve this error, make sure that the subject and email body fields are filled out with the appropriate information.
You can use data from a previous step as the subject or body of the email.
It's essential to make sure that the subject and the email body are present, as these are essential components of any email and without them, the email would not make sense and the error will occur.

This error occurs when the "To" email address provided is invalid or not in the valid format.
To resolve this error, make sure that the "To" email address is -
- in a valid format, such as "name@example.com", and
- a valid email address that is active and can receive emails.

This error occurs when the recipient's email address provided is invalid or not in the valid format.
To resolve this error, make sure that the recipient's email address is provided in a valid format such as "name@example.com".
Solution
This error occurs when one or more of the recipient's email address, subject, and email body fields are missing or empty in the flow.
To resolve this error, make sure that all of the fields such as the recipient's email address, subject, and email body are provided and contain the appropriate information.
Solution
This error occurs in either of the 2 circumstances -
1. The email address being used is a non-Google account.
- In this case, just switch to a Google account.
2. The Gmail server is down
- Wait until it is back up before re-trying to send the email. You can check the status of Gmail server by visiting the Google Workspace Status Dashboard.
Solution
This error occurred because your connection has expired.
To resolve this error, you can either -
1. Add a new account, OR
2. Reconnect your old account.
In both the cases, you must follow these simple steps -
1. Click on Reconnect
.
2. Provide your credentials again.
3. Click on 'continue' to allow Integrately permission to access your account.
4. The connection is now re-established with Integrately
Solution
The "invalid_grant" error indicates that the authorization server did not accept the provided credentials.
To resolve this error, you can either -
1. Add a new account, OR
2. Reconnect your old account.
In both the cases, you must follow these simple steps -
1. Click on Reconnect
.
2. Provide your credentials again.
3. Click on continue
to allow Integrately permission to access your account.
4. The connection is now re-established with Integrately
