This error occurs when an invalid value has been mapped in the Account ID
field.
To overcome this error, modify the flow to be like this -
1. Trigger
2. Search account in ActiveCampaign. Use any Name
field from the incoming record to map
3. Apply a condition - ID exists
Once this ID is found, you can then proceed to use this ID to locate the said account and update it.
4. Update account in ActiveCampaign
Solution
This error occurs when an invalid value has been mapped in the Deal Task Type
field.
In order to rectify this situation, you need to select a value from the dropdown list.

Meaning, the Deal Task Type
field mapped was either entered manually or with a field from any of the preceding steps.
So, to rectify this situation, you need to select a value from the dropdown list.

This error occurs when you are trying to create a contact note and associate it with an email address that is not present in your ActiveCampaign database.
To overcome this error, you need to ensure that this email address is already present in your system and then associate it with that particular contact.
So, you must modify the flow to be like this -
1. Trigger
2. Search contact in ActiveCampaign. Use the email address from the incoming record.
3. Apply a condition - ID exists
If you are able to find an ID, it means this contact is already present in your ActiveCampaign account.
4. Now map this ID with the Contact
field.
Solution
This error occurs when you are trying to either:
1. Map an email address not present in your Active Campaign database, or
2. Provide an incorrect value for the Automation
field.
To overcome this error, you need to ensure that this email address is already present in your system and that the automation type exists.
So, you must modify the flow to be like this -
1. Trigger
2. Search contact in ActiveCampaign. Use the email address from the incoming record.
3. Apply a condition - ID exists
If you are able to find an ID, it means this contact is already present in your ActiveCampaign account.
4. Now use the email address from your incoming record in your Contact Email
field.
5. Lastly, select a value for the Automation
field from the dropdown menu available.

This error occurs when you are trying to create an account name that is already present in your ActiveCampaign database.
To overcome this error, you need to ensure that this Name
is not present in your system and then proceed to create the account.
So, you must modify the flow to be like this -
1. Trigger
2. Search account in ActiveCampaign. Use any Name
field to map from the incoming record.
3. Apply a condition - ID does not exist
If you are not able to find an ID
, it means this Account
is not present in your ActiveCampaign account. So you can use this name to create a new one.
4. Lastly, create an account. You can map the Name
field with the Name you used for searching in step 2.
Solution
This error occurs when an invalid value has been mapped in the Stage
field for the selected Deal Pipeline
.
In order to avoid this error, you need to ensure the value should be selected from the dropdown menu.
So, first, select a Deal Pipeline
from the dropdown menu.
Then select Stage
from the dropdown menu.

To overcome this error, modify the flow to be like this -
1. Trigger
2. Search contact in ActiveCampaign. Use the email address

with any Account

Solution
This error occurs when ActiveCampaign is at the receiving end of the live automation and has Email address
as a required field, but the incoming record does not have an email address present.
In that case, you must modify your flow to ensure that the Email address
field is not left blank before sending it to ActiveCampaign.
In order to achieve this, you can add a condition that says Email address
exists.
So your flow must look like this -
1. Trigger
2. Add a condition - Email address
exists
This condition ensures that no record is passed without an email address, thereby avoiding any automation failure.
3. Now add the intended action in ActiveCampaign
Solution
This error occurs when the incoming record has an invalid Email address
.
Meaning, the email address is not in the standard format -
abc@domain

This error occurs when either
- the field has no value or
- the Value
of the deal is invalid.
A valid Value
is any amount greater than zero.
For example -
- a positive integer like 1576 or 2406
OR
- a positive decimal value like 1526.83 or 784.36

field was either mapped manually or with a field from any of the preceding steps.
So, to rectify this situation, you need to select a value from the dropdown list.

To avoid this error,

1 - Please visit your ActiveCampaign account
2 - Check all the Task type
values present in your account.
3 - Come back to Integrately and provide a different value for this field.

1. Server is down, or
2. Temporary network issue.
To resolve this error, try submitting your request again after some time.

This error occurred because you were trying to add an email address already present in your account.
To overcome this error, please modify your flow to be like -
Step 1 - Trigger

action and use the email address from the incoming record in step 1 and test it.

To avoid this error, provide the email address by either -
1. Mapping from a previous step, OR
2. Enter a valid email address.

This error indicates that there is an ongoing update or maintenance process in your ActiveCampaign account.
The site_get_post
feature is temporarily unavailable.
You can wait for it to complete, and the feature should become available again once the update is finished.
To resolve this error, try submitting your request again after some time.
