Zeplin + Octopush SMS Integration

This automation allows you to automatically detect the language when SMS is received in Octopush SMS, translate it to a different language using Google Translate, and Create a note in Zeplin with the translated content. It helps capture and organize translated Octopush SMS messages for reference or collaboration in Zeplin.

5. Zeplin: The translated content will be used to Create a note in Zeplin, allowing you to store and access the translated SMS messages in a structured manner for reference or collaboration. Make sure you specify the section, and other relevant details for organizing the translated messages.
