How to Connect HubSpot with Integrately

Step 1: Log In to Integrately

Go to integrately.com and log in to your account.

👉 If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up for free.

Step 2: Search for HubSpot in Integrately

Once you’re logged in, you’ll land on the Integrately dashboard. Here’s what to do.

1. In the search bar at the top, type HubSpot
2. Select HubSpot

   

3. You’ll now see all available HubSpot automations –  or you can select a second app like Slack or Google Sheets to find a specific automation
   

   

Step 3: Choose an Automation

Choose a pre-built automation that matches what you want to do.

For example, you can pick an automation like:

• HubSpot to Slack

Once you find the right one, click Activate.

Step 4: Connect Your HubSpot Account

After clicking Activate, Integrately will prompt you to connect your HubSpot account. This is a one-time setup.

Click “ Sign in to HubSpot”.

Step 5: Authorize HubSpot via OAuth (Important!)

After clicking Sign in to HubSpot, you’ll be redirected to HubSpot’s authorization page. 

This is HubSpot’s official OAuth flow, and it’s required to securely connect your account.

On this screen:

1. Log in to your HubSpot account if you aren’t already

   

2. Select the HubSpot account/portal you want to connect (if you have multiple)

   

3. Review the permissions (scopes) that Integrately is requesting – these typically include access to contacts, deals, and companies
4. Then tick the checkbox to confirm that you understand and agree to the app’s terms and privacy policy. After that, click Connect app to continue.

   

Once you click Connect app, HubSpot will redirect you back to Integrately, and your account will be connected successfully

Step 6: Connect Your Second App (e.g., Slack)

Now connect the second app in your automation. Click Connect next to Slack and follow the same OAuth flow.

Once both apps are connected, you’ll be taken to the field mapping screen, where you tell Integrately what data to pass from HubSpot to Slack.

Integrately pre-fills many of these for you automatically.

Step 7: Test and Activate Your Automation

Before going live:

1. Check that all required fields are mapped correctly
2. Review the setup once
3. Click “Test & Turn On

That’s it! Your HubSpot integration is now live. Every time the trigger fires in HubSpot, Integrately will automatically run your action – no manual work needed.

Integrately pre-fills many of these for you automatically.

How To Uninstall ‘HubSpot’ From Integrately

From Integrately:

1. Go to your “ Automation Page.”

   
   

   

2. Locate the automation you wish to Deactivate and click on the ‘Power’ button to deactivate the automaton

   

3. Now click on the 3 dots on the rightmost side of the automation name

   

4. Choose the ‘Delete’ option

   

5. Click on ‘Connected Accounts’

   

6. Locate your HubSpot account and click on ‘Disconnect’

   

You can disconnect your HubSpot account from Integrately only if that account is not being used in any other automation. In other words, uninstalling your HubSpot account from Integrately requires deleting the automation. And once the automation is deleted, so is the history associated with it.

Therefore, uninstalling the HubSpot account will erase all the data pertaining to that automation from Integrately, permanently.
