CompanyHub + Jotform Integration

Use this automation to create additional insights or summaries of the Jotform responses using Gemini AI. Storing all this information in CompanyHub makes it easier for you to analyze all the data in one place.

Here's how it works:
 1. Jotform: 1. Whenever a form is submitted, the automation will be triggered.
 2. Gemini AI: To generate better output, you can instruct Gemini AI about what you want it to do. It could be to extract key information, summarize responses, or provide additional insights based on the data incoming from the form. So you must pass the data from Jotform as well.
 3. CompanyHub: The content generated by AI in the previous step will be used to Create record (Custom Table).

This automation allows you to automate the moderation process for Jotform submissions and update relevant records in your CompanyHub based on the moderation analysis.

Here's how it works:
 1. Jotform: Whenever a Form is submitted, the automation will be triggered.
 2. OpenAI (GPT-3 & DALL·E): You can use AI to analyze the form submission content and check for any moderation issues such as inappropriate language or sensitive information, or policy violations. Pass the Jotform data to AI for moderation checks.
 3. CompanyHub: Based on the moderation analysis from AI, the record in your CompanyHub corresponding to the email address incoming from Jotform will be updated accordingly.
